Maintaining a healthy body and standard of living while participating in athletics can be tough to do. It takes discipline and focus to make sure that your body is in tip top shape. If you do not, muscle cramps, tears, and fatigue are bound to happen, as well as catch up with you in the future. Being an athlete, I have learned what foods need to be eaten in order to replace what fuel was burned off while being active. I have also learned and watched other athletes go through the same steps; eat healthy, hydrate, stretch, and exercise. These 3-4 tasks are the little things that are going to keep you healthy and active!
